Cheesy Garlic Snails

Ingredients
100g Butter
1t Crushed garlic
200g Snails
80g Grated matured Cheddar cheese
1t Dried origanum
1t Maizena dissolved in 50ml cold water
1t lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Add the butter and crushed garlic in a saucepan and melt
Add the grated cheese and Snails. Stir until the cheese has melted.
Stir in the Maizena until the sauce thickens
Sprinkle the origanum over and add the lemon juice while stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste
Serve immediately
